Welcome to my world! I'm Katy, originally from Darlington, County Durham, I grew up in Nottingham and am now thriving in Manchester since 2019. My journey into the arts began at 13 when I joined a youth drama group, igniting my passion for performing that has only grown over the years. When I'm not on stage, you’ll find me lost in the rhythm of live music, surrounded by a lively crowd, or indulging in my cozy hobbies and gaming adventures. I have an adventurous spirit, especially when it comes to water—whether I'm swimming, scuba diving, or enjoying a day on a boat, it's my happy place.

 

My training at ALRA North was a whirlwind, challenging me to adapt during the Covid-19 pandemic and the school's significant changes in leadership and curriculum. Just when I thought I was nearing the finish line, the school faced liquidation, leaving many students, including myself, in a state of uncertainty. Fortunately, we were warmly welcomed by Rose Bruford College, where I completed my training at the newly formed Rose Bruford College Wigan.

 

Now, as I embark on my professional acting career; I'm diving into filming shorts, recording voice overs and touring, eager to share my love for storytelling with the world.
